Originally
from Pittsfield, Illinois, Rick Frazier has resided
in Springfield since 1986. He received his Bachelor
of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Eastern Illinois
University. Mr. Frazier went on to earn his law
degree from Southern
Illinois University School of Law in 1986. At
Southern, he served as an assistant to Professor
Harold W. Hannah. |

After completion of his law
degree, Mr. Frazier worked for the
Office of the State Appellate Defender until
1989. During his
tenure with the Appellate Defender, it was
voted the best public
defender's office in the country. |

| Mr. Frazier joined our firm
in 1989, and was named partner in 1995. |

| Along with representing individual
clients in personal injury, family law matters
and in felony and misdemeanor charges, Mr.
Frazier also handles the firm's growing
client base in employment law, labor disputes,
contract negotiations and industrial relations. |
